JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-08-2016 It is evident from the categorical statement made in paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit that commuted pension of Rs.366 has been restored with effect from 1.11.2014 and the excess deduction has already been refunded and an amount of Rs.23058/- i.e. from 1.8.2009 to 31.10.2009, has been credited into the account of the petitioner, which is being operated in SBI Branch at Bhabua. In support thereof, the statement of account of the petitioner has been annexed thereto. If this be so, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Writ is disposed of now.
