Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No.80 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is regarding recovery of a country made pistol with four live cartridges but the petitioner has been in custody since 23.03.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st
