1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. The learned APP is present.

2. The learned APP submits that the instant application has been filed seeking cancellation of the regular bail granted to the petitioner by an order dated 20.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.73014/2022 passed by a learned Co-ordinate Bench. It is next submitted that the case was taken up on 02.05.2024 and thereafter on 19.07.2024, when notices were issued on the O.P. No.2 and the requisites were directed to be filed within a period of two weeks from 19.07.2024. The learned APP next submits that from perusal of the office report dated 31.08.2024, it would manifest that notices, in compliance of the order, dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32852 of 2024(4) dt.03-09-2024 2/2 19.07.2024 has not been filed. The learned APP thus submits that it appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the case.
