Petitioner is an accused in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4,6 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the first information report has been lodged after lapse of almost one month of the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that there is no medical report of the doctor in the present case and he is in custody since 02.02.2020.
