Having regard to the fact that the petitioner being aggrieved by an order of his major punishment contained in the order of the disciplinary authority dated 17.9.2013 has filed an appeal, which is said to be pending for a period over six months, this Court for the time being without going into the correctness of the order of the disciplinary authority will deem it expedient in the ends of justice to direct the respondent appellate authority to ensure that the appeal of the petitioner is disposed of within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.8381 of 2015 (2) dt.26-06-2015 maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Let it be made clear that whatever issues have been raised by the petitioner in this writ application for assailing the impugned order of the disciplinary authority shall remain open and could be canvassed after disposal of the appeal.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
