The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.527 of 2015, arising out of Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.305 of 2015, registered under Sections 302, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that while the prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail was rejected earlier vide order dated 06.04.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No.9219 of 2016 but the similarly situated co-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52798 of 2017 (3) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 accused Satyendra Yadav alias Satendra Yadav has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.09.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.46458 of 2017. Both the petitioners having no criminal antecedents are in custody since 14.09.2015. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gopalganj, in connection with Sessions Trial No.527 of 2015, arising out of Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.305 of 2015.
