2. The petitioner is holding an arms license for a pistol. The petitioner has again applied for grant of arms license for rifle.

3. The application of the petitioner has been rejected on 07.12.2021 by the District Magistrate, Gaya. He in his order has held that there is no threat perception to the petitioner.

4. The order dated 07.12.2021 has been affirmed in appeal by the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya vide order dated 15.09.2022 in Arms Appeal No. 24 of 2022.

5. The case of the petitioner has not been found fit for

Patna High Court CWJC No.4092 of 2023(3) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 grant of additional arms license by the authorities concerned and I see no illegality in the decisions taken by the District Magistrate and the Commissioner.
