That this application is for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authorities to provide police protection and deputation of police party for insuring peaceful possession over the settled land and also safety of life of the writ petitioner and her family members, who has been granted PARCHA / CERTIFICATE by the Bihar Bhudan Yagya Committee for settlement

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
