The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2017 in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No.200 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited a substantial amount of money alleged to have been defalcated, yet he is languishing in jail. Considering the aforementioned submissions and Annexure 2, which is the Bank's statement, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
