2. Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that for one reason or another by filing frivolous petition, the informant side is delaying the trial, in spite of the fact that the matter has been kept for judgment.

3. Mr. Saket Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant informs that he has advised the informant that all such applications filed at the stage of judgment preferably be withdrawn by them so that order can be passed by the Trial Court.

4. Considering the rival submissions made on behalf

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17436 of 2023(10) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 of the parties, this Court don't find it proper to keep the present bail application pending considering the stage of trial. The Trial Court must not delay in passing the judgment.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
