====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petition petitioner has filed an application for review of the order dated 29th February 2012 passed in CWJC No. 19237 of 2011.

The basic point raised by the petitioner is that as per judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court, petitioner is entitled to maintenance from the date of filing of he application whereas this Court has allowed the maintenance from the date of order and submits that the order requires modification. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is at the advance stage. Evidences from both sides is going on. At the same time, there is claim by the husband that the petitioner herself is running business.

This Court is not deciding the issue of eligibility to

Patna High Court C. REV. No.155 of 2012 (6) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 maintain herself, but looking to the advance stage of the case, there is no need to modify the order. Accordingly, his petition is rejected.
