The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that the informant's sister was married to Santosh Singh five months back and just after two months of the marriage, the informant's brother-in-law (Bahnoi) Santosh Kumar, father-in-law Nagendra Singh and Shekhar Singh (Bhaisur) started demanding one chain and a she Buffalo from the informant and when she disclosed her disability to fulfill the said demand then they started threatening to assault and dislodge her. On 14.11.2018, some villagers informed the informant that the informant's sister has been killed by throttling

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law of the deceased and petitioner no.2 is the Bhaisur.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case, if the husband of deceased surrenders before the court below, the petitioner no. 1 father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 Bhaisur, in the event of their arrest / surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateXII, Ara in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
