The petitioner is accused in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 372 of 2019 registered under Sections 387, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 30648 of 2020 and 50329 of 2021 on 09.02.2021 and 27.10.2021 respectively. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioner is under custody since 27.10.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
