Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (C)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2016.

On the secret information that this petitioner along with other co-accused Shakaldeep Yadav are jointly manufacturing wine in Paroriyatri forest, a raid was conducted and 1800 liter mahua were recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

It is further alleged that petitioner that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
