The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Alauli P.S.Case No. 177 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 341, 427 and 504 of the Indian penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Allegation in brief is that the petitioner and others assaulted and also opened fire but didn't hit the informant. Submission is that F.I.R itself indicates that there is land dispute in between both sides as they are agnates and the allegation of opening fire is superfluous and there is no any kind of injury on the person of the informant, besides this petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Bablu Sah is directed to be released on
