2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town (Lohiyanagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 210/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is to sell out joint family property bearing descriptions as set out through FIR, where Jamabandi of the alleged land was in the favour of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent an has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that it has come in the investigation that the informant has sold his share of land earlier and now, he is prosecuting the petitioner and another brother who

No.19488 of 2026(2) dt.10-04-2026 2/2 have sold their share, though the mutation is in the name of the informant and the case for cancellation of mutation of the informant is pending. Learned counsel next submits that petitioner is a 80-year-old person admitted in hospital and in custody since 29.01.2026. Learned counsel lastly submits that co-accused namely, Ram Dinesh Singh has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64399/2022. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/concerned Court below in connection with Begusarai Town (Lohiyanagar O.P.)
