JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) To quash the memo bearing no. 1264 dated 22.04.2016 issued from the office of Circle Officer, Biharsharif, (Nalanda) under the signature of Circle Officer, Biharsharif, Nalanda, by which the petitioners have been ordered to file show cause supported with documentary evidence by 30.04.2016 as to why the encroachment made by them over plot no. 797 appertaining to Khata No. 47 be

(ii) To direct the respondent authorities not to initiate encroachment proceeding against Rep the petitioners in respect of their private land i.e. plot no. 797 mentioned in memo no.
1264 dated 12.04.2016.
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought, is granted.
