Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vijay Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the opposite parties / officials of the Bihar State Power Holding Company. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 7.8.2013 passed in CWJC No. 6472 of 2007. By the said order this court had quashed the Office Order No. 249 Dated 27.12.2006
Patna High Court MJC No.3425 of 2014 (3) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 whereby, pay scale of the petitioner was reduced from Rs. 8,545/- to Rs. 8,380/-. After setting aside the same this court directed the Board to re-examine the matter. The petitioner was required to file detailed representation regarding justification for claiming pension and other retiral dues on the basis of his last pay drawn. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that after the order of this court, he filed representation, and thereafter, the authority concerned had corrected the earlier error and now pension has been restored to its originality. In view of the fact that the order of the writ court has already been complied, there is no need to pass any positive order. The petition stands disposed of.
