2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 183 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that the son of the informant has gone to his sasural. Informant got information from villagers that his son has been murdered and his dead body has been buried in the courtyard of his in-laws. Informant suspects that the accused persons including this petitioner have committed the murder of his son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submitted that petitioner has no concern with the family matters of the informant and he is only the covillager. He further submitted the deceased had come to his inlaws house where the quarrel took place between the deceased and his wife and the in-laws assaulted and killed him and buried his dead body in their courtyard. He further submitted that wife of the deceased due to grudge, has falsely implicated this petitioner. Learned counsel further submitted that from perusal of the case diary, it appears that there is no material against this petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2023 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court
