Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim boy recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that co-accused Md. Kariya and Dilshad had abducted him on a motorcycle. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Raghopur Police Station Case No. 283 of 2018, with the
