The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahamapur (Nainijore) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023 registered for the offence under 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2023 and there is recovery of 233.300 liters of foreign liquor.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
