JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 16.2.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 6922 of 2017 and vide order dated 3.1.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 54212 of 2017.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case is pending for evidence of material exhibits and in spite of chance given to the prosecution they are not appearing and petitioner is in custody for more than two years. Heard learned APP also.

It appears that in connection with Cr.Misc.No. 54212 of 2017 a letter has been received from the Superintendent of Police, Katihar stating that I.O. in this case Md. Janufuddin is presently posted in Bhagalpur district and several request letters have been

In such view of the matter, Sr.Superintendent of Bhagalpur is directed to get Md. Janufuddin produced in court on the next date, so that the trial may be expedited as petitioner is in custody for more than two years.
