The petitioner has been in custody since 11.05.2018 in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 28/18 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl, on her recovery, has stated under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. that she was having love affair with one Mahesh Razak and not the present petitioner Manish Razak. It is, thus, submitted that the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail.
