1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioner has approached this court against the order of termination from the post of Panchayat Teacher, Primary School, Karma Panchayat Bari, Block- Dobhi, Gaya.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the matter related to appointment and other service condition of primary teacher in Panchayat / Block is appealable before the District Teachers Appellate Authority which is functioning in this district of Gaya. The District Appellate Authority has been constituted under the Rules for hearing the grievances of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5294 of 2025(2) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 teachers. The petitioner has directly approached this Court without availing the remedy before the District Teachers Appellate Authority. Accordingly submission is that the petitioner may be relegated before the District Teachers Appellate Authority for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the present writ application is disposed with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Gaya for redressal of his grievance within a period of one month and if such an appeal is filed along with condonation of delay petition within the stipulated time, the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Gaya shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
