The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tarari P.S. Case no. 50 of 2017, registered under Sections 304(B) and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that marriage of daughter of the informant was performed with Manoj Chaudhary in the year 2015, but her husband used to torture her due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. The daughter of the informant was killed by her husband with the help of his other family members. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3 are unmarried sister and unmarried
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42548 of 2018(2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 brother-in-laws of the deceased daughter of the informant and no any allegation has been made in the F.I.R. about torture of the deceased by any means at the hand of petitioners. Further submission is that Manoj Chaudhary, husband of the deceased, is in custody.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 50 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
