JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piro (Hasan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that on the basis of written report of informant Md. Hasamuddin Ansari, Piro (Hasan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019, under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code was instituted on 02.07.2019 against four unknown. In course of investigation, the name of petitioner and one Dipak Kumar surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Golu Kumar @ Abhishekh Kumar, as detailed in paragraph 30 of the case diary. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15987 of 2020(2) dt.03-06-2020 2/2 and he is in custody since 14.02.2020.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Piro (Hasan Bazar) P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019 (G.R. No. 2968 of 2019).
