JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 Petitioner being a Gram Kutchery Sachiv has approached this Court for payment of his dues on account of services rendered in the Gram Kutchery since 29.10.2010.

It is submitted that the fact of the petitioner's existence as Gram Kutchery Sachiv is evident from the communication of the Sarpanch of the Gram Kutchery Nandgaon in Block Chainpur in the district Kaimur, where the petitioner has discharged his role. The claim of the petitioner has been submitted to the District Magistrate. As per the regulation, the dues on account of petitioner's services rendered in the Gram Kutchery have to be examined by the Collector with reference to the attendance of the petitioner certified by the competent authority under the guidelines/rules. The petitioner's applications which are on record in

Patna High Court CWJC No.9107 of 2015(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 Annexure 5 should be examined by the Collector, Kaimur (Bhabua) and after examining the attendance of the petitioner in the Gram Kutchery the dues admissible to the petitioner should be paid. Let the entire exercise be completed by the Collector within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of.
