The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 30 (A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 4.5 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from the bag kept on the motorcycle which was being driven by the petitioner. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 29.08.2017.

Considering the facts and the circumstances of the

No.52629 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions JudgeII-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Jehanabad in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2017 (Excise Case No. 982 of 2017) with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
