The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 191 of 2020 registered under Section 353/307/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Though there is allegation of firing against the petitioner and others but no gunshot injury is found in the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27839 of 2021(5) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 191 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
