The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 605 of 2022 registered under Section Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of Seizure List, it is apparent that the alleged recovery has been made from semi constructed house of one Kailash Paswan. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
