In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Barahra (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 403 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 420, 463, 467, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner had obtained her service as a Teacher by producing a forged certificate.

It has been stated that the petitioner was longer in service which has not been disputed by the counsel for the State and two co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by the court below.

Looking to the entirety of the matter, let the petitioner

No.20467 of 2020(5) dt.18-01-2021 2/2 above named in event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Barahra (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 403 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under section 438 (2) Cr.PC and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be her close relative. The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make herself available as and when required by the court. In case of failure on two consecutive dates without any reasonable ground, the court below will have liberty to pass an order including cancel the bail of the petitioner.
