JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 18-07-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.19789 of 2018 by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.796 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he was suffering from Hepatitis-B due to which he could not surrender in time.

In view of such, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below in terms of the order dated 01.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.19789 of 2018 This Modification Application is, accordingly, allowed.
