Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code & 27 of Arms Act.

On the alleged date and time of occurrence all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner along with some unknown persons attacked on the house of the informant and fired several rounds with intent to kill informant. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and no one has sustained fire arm injury. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Nalanda at Bihar Shariif in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. case no 353 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
