Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Economic offence P. S. Case no. 25/2012 corresponding to G.R. No. 5281/2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 466, 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 66/72 of the I.T. Act. The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which has already been dismissed as with withdrawn vide order dated 02.8.2013 in Cr. Misc. No. 32059/2013 on the ground that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he deserves sympathetic consideration to which the learned A.P.P. opposes Earlier, on the ground that other co-accused in this case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36682 of 2014 (3) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 have been granted regular bail, the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the application and move for regular bail. Accordingly, the permission was accorded vide order dated 02.08.2013 and since then, the petitioner remained absconding and after lapse of such time, again the petitioner has come with the same prayer. Finding no good ground for re-consideration, the prayer for prearrest bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) Sudha/- U T
