Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 376, 120B, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012.

The statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. reveals that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner and married with the petitioner, hence, allegation of the father of the victim that the petitioner and others committed rape against the victim is not accepted for the purpose of this application, hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
