Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 28.06.2021 passed Cr. Revision No. 61 of 2021 (Annexure-3).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that uncle of the petitioner is ready to take care of him and gives assurance to take all necessary steps to protect him and not to allow him to fall in association with any criminal. He will also try to do his best not to expose him to any moral, physical and psychological danger. Petitioner is in observation home since 24.02.2020. In view of the undertaking given by the uncle of petitioner, Judgement dated 05.11.2020 passed in Criminal Appeal (Juvenile)-54/2020 (CIS) is set aside. Let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.215 of 2022(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Children Court), Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 106 of 2019.
