Petitioner is an accused in connection with Complaint Case No. G.O.- 09 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case due to non-fulfillment of illegal demand of the police party. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2020.
