The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the victim disclosed that the petitioners along with two un-known boys kidnapped her daughter.

It is submitted that the victim made her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. but she did not disclose the name of the petitioners. She simply stated that two unknown boys caught and put a handkerchief on her face and she became un-conscious. On the next day she found herself in Delhi and thereafter she returned to her village.

It appears that the victim did not name the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 59/2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
