2. This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to remove the motor pump which has been installed in Ward No. 6 over the land of the petitioner under the Mukhya Mantri Nal Jal Yojana without her consent or to pay compensation amount to the petitioner at the market or circle rate.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ application granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Collector, Begusarai (Respondent No. 2).

4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Collector, Begusarai (Respondent No. 2) within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event such representation is filed by the petitioner within the stipulate time, the Collector, Begusarai (Respondent No. 2) shall dispose of the same in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

6. With the above observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
