Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 487 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30566 of 2015 (3) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 petitioners and the opposite party No. 2 are business partner and during the course of the business transaction, some dispute arose which eventually let to the filing of the present case. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and that there have been business transaction between them in which both the parties have extended money at one point of time to each other, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 487 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
