The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 216 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the I.P.C..

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that on pistol point the motorcycle of the informant was snatched by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested on the basis of confessional statement of another co-accused. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 28.08.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has not been put

Let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 3rd Danapur, Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 216 of 2018, subject to the conditions that both bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
