1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D. P. Act.

3. The leaned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the case was referred for meditation and the mediation was successful, as such, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant submits that he has instruction not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner, who is husband of

4. The Court expects that the petitioner would abide by the terms and conditions of the mediation proceeding

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P. S. Case No.95 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. The application stands allowed.
