If he refuses to agree, the bail application of the petitioner may be rejected. The application is allowed. Accordingly, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks, the above named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/-(fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 1116 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. One of the sureties will be executed by the informant. If he refuses to execute the surety, the bail granted will be rejected and the petitioner will be taken in custody.
