Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 489(Ka), 489(Kha), 489(ga) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
According to F.I.R., fake currency was recovered from the possession of co-accused, Alimuddin @ Mahboob Alam.
Submission is that Md. Kalimuddin @ Kallu Miya has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2 and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018. He has got no criminal antecedent.

No.44291 of 2018(2) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after conclusion of the investigation against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Raghopur Police Station Case No.87 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
