The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 363, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the co-accused persons having kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the statement made by the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and from the same it is apparent that she has not taken the name of the petitioner as the one who had perpetrated the crime whereas she has taken the name of one co-accused Md. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 176 of 2018.
