2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 448, 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith co-accused Mithilesh Mahto attacked informant and his wife Saraswati Devi with Farsa and sword. Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
