The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with G.R.P/ Jamalpur P.S.Case No. 39 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner in a running train committed theft of mobile belonging to the informant. Submission is that the narration in the F.I.R itself discloses that there was some dispute in between the petitioner and the informant with regard to sitting on the birth of the train and on account of that false implication was made and the petitioner has been in custody for last 2 months. Having considered the aforesaid facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44960 of 2018(2) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Paras Mandal is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-Cum- Railway Magistrate, Kiul, Lakhisarai in connection with G.R.P/ Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018.
