JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the informant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 243 of 2018 for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 464, 465 and 466 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation, in brief, is that petitioner turned up with a forged appointment letter of Class IV in the Siwan Civil Court and the appointment letter was found forged one. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner himself became a prey to other criminal gang, indulged in issuing forged appointment letter and he has disclosed the names of such persons. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46950 of 2018(2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 concluded in this case and the petitioner has remained in custody for last three months. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Siwan Town P.S.
