2. The present writ application has been filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9320 of 2015(4) dt.04-09-2023 2/2 petitioners for execution of the order passed by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Sadar, Madhubani in Land Dispute Case No. 175 of 2012-13.

3. It transpires to this Court that under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, [Bihar Act 4 of 2010] (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act of 2009'), power of execution is vested to the Deputy Collector Land Reforms himself.

4. As such, the present writ application is disposed of directing the petitioners to avail the remedy under Section 15 of the Act of 2009 within four weeks' from today. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) sadique/- U
