The petitioner is in custody in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No.171 of 2015, a case under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35/17 of the Arms Act.
The accused persons, who were arrested by the police at the spot have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexures-2 and 3. The petitioner was not arrested at the spot. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59860 of 2017 (3) dt.11-01-2018 P2/ where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
